The creators used the lockdown period to challenge themselves by building an advanced camper van with no imagination limits. They invested in a 2015 Fiat Ducato L4 H3, originally a delivery van, and spent around £25,000 on the conversion.

The van includes a motorized solar panel lift, a surveillance system with GPS tracking, and various power-hungry features like an induction stove and e-bikes. The layout was designed to support their two powerful electric bikes, offering a dynamic and sustainable travel lifestyle.

The interior features a tiny kitchen with numerous details, such as mounted baskets for bread and fruit, a hidden sliding door for fuse access, and a flexible faucet for the sink. They also created a multifunctional tech wall for their camera gear, which is fully customized and 3D printed.

The van is equipped with a reclining couch, a heated floor in the cab area, and a custom-designed curtain for privacy and insulation. The bed is elevated with a step for easy access, and there’s a panoramic window that allows natural light to fill the space.

The bathroom includes a convertible shower space with an Ogo composting toilet and an option for an outdoor shower. The van’s water system is designed for long-term off-road camping, with large fresh and gray water tanks, and antifreeze heaters.

The creators focused on sustainability by integrating a solar panel system and optimizing weight distribution throughout the van. They also included several 3D printed components to maximize space and functionality, such as holders for wine bottles, a 3D printed lock, and aluminum bins for storage.
